the case has been nicely refinished. The original painted metal dial. gold stenciled glass tablet, signed gong base, and fancy pendulum are all very nice; the bottom label has darkened. There is an usual lever on the top which silences the strike (but needs adjustment). The back as the 1891 date stamp. 21" high
