Grain painted soft wood case in nice condition under a dark finish. Original dial has been repainted. Brass movement was made by E. N. Welch and so stamped. Hands are period and most likely original. Original tablet with some restoration. Clean label inside case. An article that appeared in the Oct 1990 NAWCC bulletin describes this clock and suggests this label was used during the bankruptcy and the takeover by Welch. Ht 23.25"
