Chauncey Ives, Bristol, Conn., 30 hour, time and strike, weight wood movement pillar & scroll shelf clock. c1830 Mahogany veneered case in good condition with a shiny shellac finish over what looks to be an original finish. The tips of the scrolls have been broken and repaired. One of the tips on the skirt is damaged. Original tablet with a fair amount of loss. Original painted dial with general wear. Hands are original. Fairly clean label inside case. Two period finials that don't match and one modern one. Ht
