Rosewood veneered case in an old finish with a couple of minor chips on the base, a small veneer repair on the lower left side and a small chip near the right chimney. The yellow appearance to the original dial is most likely from a coat of varnish or shellac that was applied to protect it. Hands and tablet are original. Movement is stamped: Brewster & Ingrahams and retains original brass springs. The label is an overpaste. Ht 20"
