Chelsea Clock Co., Boston, Mass., "Pendulum No. 1" cherry 8 days, time only, weight driven wall clock, c1898 this clock movement with serial number 1345 is from the earliest days of the company, shown in Demeter's listing of this date range for this style, with deliveries in 1899 and 1900. The cherry case has an old surface, but the dial has been redone and the lower weight baffle is missing. The weight appears old but has a newer hook. The seams in the bezel are loose and will need attention, especially to keep the old glass circle in place. Ht 34"
