Refinished ash and ash burl case in nice condition with some slight damage on the right bottom tip and the left edge of the bottom fence. Original black dial is very nice for its age with a ding at about 12 o'clock and another at 2 o'clock. Brass hands look to original with part of the tip on the minute hand missing. Weights appear to be replacements. Ht 51"

This model has an A frame type Waterbury movement. that was not used in the Welch model but a similar looking A frame movement with solid plates was used by Waterbury in some of their regulators.
