Aug. 31 1926 Made in Germany No Jewels", on a polished ebonized base, c1930 Very good overall, eyes appear to have had some blue around pupils, movement dirty, a vigorous shake will get it going for a few seconds, needs cleaning, Ht 5 1/8"
