Gilbert Clock Co., Winsted, Conn., "Regulator No. 12 Hanging" wall clock, 8 days, time only, weight driven Swiss movement with a three glass vial mercury pendulum, sweep seconds and pinwheel escapement in an oak case with white enamel dial and glass displaying "STANDARD TIME", c1895 the case has been professionally refinished and is in very good condition with bird's eye panels flanking front door and a burled center panel inset in case rear. The weight is a replacement. The Standard Time on the old wavy glass is a decal. The dial is in very good condition with no hairlines. Ht 92"
