DIAL: Numerous hairlines and spider hairlines; Filled chip in enamel at 4:00. HANDS: Good, with minor oxidation. MOVEMENT PLATES: A few minor scratches on plate; Winding wheels with specks of oxidation; Regulator with spots of rust; Some screws with minor oxidation.
