this high quality hand painted case needs polish and touchup of small paint chips. Signed with both the Tiffany and Elliott names, the fancy brass dial, with applied cast spandrels and silvered chapter ring, is very good. The rear wind and set jeweled movement ticks briefly. Ht to top of handle 11"
