well made solid wood case in original finish with some scratches and edge wear . Painted metal dial shows some faint toning; the reverse paint Mount Vernon tablets are near perfect. Original cast brass eagle finial, bezel with convex glass, and side arms. Striking jeweled movement #559253 strikes but does not tick. Ht 32"
