Ithaca Calendar Clock Co., Ithaca, New York, "Chronometer" shelf clock, 8 days, time, strike and perpetual calendar, spring driven movement in a walnut case with papered dial and "CHRONOMETER" gold leafed on glass, c1885 the case has an old finish with mediocre glue and nail repairs to the original top. The original dials have some touch up to the paper. The brass pendulum bob has some dimples. This clock was made for W.V. Shelton & Co., which is printed on the lower calendar dial. Ht 33 1/2"
