Eli Terry, Jr., Terrysville, Conn., 8 day, time and strike weight brass movement double decker shelf clock, c1835 Refinished mahogany veneered case with some minor veneer loss on the base, at the hinge pivot in the center strip and some chips on the bottom door. Original painted dial is very nice with some minor paint loss at two and nine o'clock. Hands are original. The tablet painted on old glass is a replacement. The splat is a replacement and the side returns are missing. Ht 36 1/2"
