The movement has oxidation and the case will need tender loving care to restore. The pendulum needs a rating assembly and suspension spring. The clock is complete and very rare and will make a stunning presentation when restored. Note Seth Thomas 1909 catalog indicates this model with "Highest Grade Movement No. 84" Ht 98"
