the heavy incised case, with inset brass castings, has an old smooth finish with a few small dings and a little veneer loss at the bottom of the composite dial. The thick beveled glass is fine; the rear door has a nice cutout harp. The square movement, with the W&H trademark, does two-note gongs on the quarters, and counts the hours. Ht 15"
