Eureka Clock Co., London, gallery clock, turned mahogany front mounted to a dovetailed mahogany case with battery compartment at lower right, brass bezel, Roman numeral white painted metal dial, black painted steel hands, dial center with cutout revealing the Eureka electric movement with large balance wheel, serial #5144, c1910 case very good with a few minor marks and scratches, case top missing about 1/2", appears to have been cut off to clear a ceiling, front with minor splits, bezel polished, glass good, bezel could be moved a bit to the left in order to center it, dial with minor chips, and overall crazing, hands are of correct style, made of painted aluminum, and may be replaced, movement looks good, balance free, has had a capacitor added to the coil, also has a new battery holder, and an internal switch, running.
