the Asian motif decorated case has just a few small worn areas, and the composite signed dial is fine. The heavy signed movement, number 11680, ticks and strikes but the balance-wheel beat sounds like the platform needs attention. Strikes the half hours and a bottom bell. Ht to handle top 10.5"
