this ornate model, with the optional jeweled sash, has a very nice original glossy lacquered surface. The porcelain dial, signed by "C.D. Peacock, Chicago", has a small crack at the top; the beveled glasses are fine. The simulated mercury pendulum looks good, and the pallets are red jewels. Ht 12.5".
