the lacquered brass finish is very good, with some minor tarnish and scratches, and just one side beveled glass panel has small corner chips. The double-sunk porcelain dial has a faint hairline; the pallets are steel pins, the pendulum has simulated mercury tubes. The signed movement has rear rack and snail striking. Ht 10.75"
