This looks to be a handcrafted case or parts from a Regulator A with new parts to make a complete case. The panel that the bottom door is attached is plywood. The dial is a modern brass dial pan and bezel. The Ansonia movement is sitting in the case mounted onto a piece of plywood. The pendulum is dented in the center area. The hands are period. Ht 33"
