Gilt case with birds eye maple veneer on the case sides is in nice condition with wear to gilt area at the door knob. Paper dial on a metal base looks to be original, but has age darkened and is stained. The dial looks to have coating of varnish or shellac. Tablet looks to be original. The movement looks to be original to this case, but has a lifting lever for an outboard alarm that may have never been used. Hands appear to be original. Nice clean label inside the case. Ht 17"
