Boardman and Wells, Bristol, Conn., 3/4 size steeple or "Sharp Gothic" mantel clock, 30 hours, time and strike, spring driven fusee movement in a mahogany veneer case with painted metal dial and Fenn stenciled tablet, c1848 the case retains its original finish, now dry, with several minor old veneer repairs. There is flaking around center shaft, winding arbors and top of dial, which is original along with the hands. The Wm. B. Fenn tablet is in very good condition. Ht 18 3/4"
