Brewster & Ingrahams, Bristol, Conn., steeple or "Sharp Gothic" 3/4 size mantel clock, 30 hours, time and strike, Kirk's Patent spring driven brass movement with Kirk's Patent cast iron back plate in a mahogany veneer case with painted metal dial and silk screened tablet, c1845 the case has an old finish with some very minor veneer flakes and the right gilt spire tip is missing. The original gold leafed finials and ball feet are now painted gold. The dial has been repainted. The lower tablet has minor losses.
