the figure retains an old worn patina, and the faux finish on the base is good with just a few small chips. The trademark porcelain dial shows some hairlines, the front beveled glass is good, the movement is correctly signed. The hands are mismatched and incorrect. Note that the figure is not attached to the base, just sits on two locator pins. Ht 23"
