this government contract timepiece is in very good overall condition although the wood case serial number 792684 is a few year's earlier than the movement's. The black phenolic clock case, with hinged bezel, is intact but slight mottled, the black dial is good with slight darkening of the luminous hour dots, and the additional red hour hand is still in place to be set to GMT. The jeweled movement ticks but was not tested further. Dial diameter is 5", ht of closed box is 10.25"
