Ansonia Clock Co., New York, "Reflector" model 8 days, time and strike, spring driven wall clock, c1886. Case has original ebonized finish in very nice condition. The gilt embossed ornaments are showing some wear. The paper dial has darkened with age. The hands are original. The movement is signed and has a cathedral gong. Side beveled mirrors are in good condition. The dial support bracket was previously broken and reglued. There is a very nice Ansonia label on the back of the case displaying the name of the model. . The door glass and stenciling are original and in excellent condition. Ht35"
