it appears that the statue was originally for stand alone observation; Persephone's hand has been drilled to accept the suspension stud. Both balls on the arm have had dents removed and have been repainted dark blue. The hands are replacements and painted gold. Still, the overall visual effects of the arm and statue are impressive. Diameter of ball = 6.75" Diameter of statue base = 15" Ht of figure 36" overall Ht = 44"
