Joseph Davis & Co., 6 Kennington Park Road, London, England, "American Forecast Barometer", large bore mercury tube, thermometer, compass, and seven dials (one for each day of the week) to record barometric pressure in an ornate highly carved hard wood case with elaborate fretwork on inside and outside of lower glass, silvered dial and thermometer and ivory daily dials, c1890 this barometer was completely overhauled and restored before the auction and is in perfect working order by Wayne Paskerian of Winchester, MA. This is an interesting and scarce variation on the English Royal Polytechnic Barometer. Ht 41 1/2"
