the mahogany veneer case retains an old finish with some flaking on cornice and veneer replaced on the cross piece on door frame and lower sides of case. There is a vertical age split in the center of backboard. The dial has been touched up. The original card label is absent and remnants of the liner remain. There are shims inserted under dial to correct for enlarged mounting holes. The top and lower glasses are repainted. The old brass hands are made in the correct style. The clock has Type 1.113 movement as described in Snowden Taylor's article in the NAWCC Bulletin No. 221, Vol. XXIV, No. 6, Part II, December 1982. Rare. The first model to use Jerome's "cheap brass" movement. Ht 22"
