Botsford), Southington, Conn., "Candlestick" clock, 30 hour time only, spring driven movement on a porcelain candlestick pedestal on an ebonized wooden base with dome and papered metal dial, c1860, The ceramic candlestick has a vertical crack that runs from the top down to near the bottom and a small horizontal crack in the mid section. The paper dial is original with some fading of the numbers. The hands are original. The dome may be a replacement. Ht 11 1/2".
