Clocks- 2 (Two) French inlaid ebonized wood 8 days, time and strike,: ornate mantel with movement stamped Laveau (?) Freres, Paris; Morbier bakery wall clock with mother-of-pearl inlay and enameled dial with porcelain cartouche numbers; late 19th century the mantel clock shows some lifting and losses of the ebonized veneer, not visible head-on, and some of its dial porcelain is damaged. Its signed movement has count wheel and bell striking. The wall clock is in very nice condition except for small repairs and losses on the dial edges. Its movement is spring wound in an iron posted frame. Original hands. Hts. 16 1/2" and 24"
