Rosewood veneered case in an old finish with some small veneer loss on the very bottom edge, some small loss on the top back edge and a couple of chips on the cornice. Paper dials have what looks to be a coat of varnish that has left the surface with a lumpy feel. The time dial is more soiled than the protected calendar dial. Hands are original. Calendar rollers have age darkened a little. Ht 27"
