Birge & Fuller, Bristol, Conn., 8 days, time and strike weight brass movement triple-decker shelf clock with eagle splat, c1845 Mahogany veneered case in an old finish with a couple veneer chips on the base and small veneer repair on the bottom door. Original dial blank has been repainted. Columns, splat and feet have an old layer of gold paint. Nicely done tablets are replacements. Later style strap brass movement is marked. Hands are original. About half of the label inside the case is missing. Ht 39"
