This scarce model needs TLC. The maker is uncertain as these models are unmarked, though Atkins and S. C. Spring are suggested. There is no dial, no top bezel, no lower door and no weights. However the original well-made Welch movement [correct for this model] is intact, Hands are replaced, but pendulum is original. Ht 39"
