French marble classical theme 8 days, time and strike, mantel clock, S. Marti Medaille de Bronze movement with count wheel and bell striking, c1890 with its bold green decorative panels -- showing Asian figures -- and marble dial, this heavy architectural case is in very nice condition with just one chip off a back corner and a few much smaller edge chips. The movement is correctly stamped. The front and back beveled glasses are fine. Ht 12 1/4"
