Mahogany veneered case in an old finish with a veneer repair on the base front blocks. Gilt areas on the columns, feet and the splat now gold painted. Both tablets are the correct style, but replacements. Original painted black chapter, gilt numeral dial is very nice for its age. Hands are original. Label inside case with some loss. Ives-style riveted strap brass movement. Ht 38"
