this case has a lot of fancy "look"; one short bit of mahogany is chipped off just right of top center, and with a temporary repair to hold it. The large and robust movement retains original chains intact, and ticks and strikes on a large deep toned cathedral gong. Correct hands. The case hanger is intact and clock may be enjoyed on a shelf or on the wall. Ht 23 1/2"
