The case has been refinished. There are veneer chips on both bezels as well as the upper and lower moldings. The dials have been replaced with new paper dials. The movement is signed Plymouth (the old Plymouth die stamp was used until about 1890) while the label, in excellent condition, notes Thomaston, thus after 1866 and probably late 1870's. Ht 33".
