Quarter sawn oak case has been refinished and is need of another coat of clear finish. Dial noting "Board of Education - New York" is a modern replacement. Hands are probably original. There is evidence there was a small plaque on the bottom door now removed. There are a couple small dings on one of the segments of the upper door and age shrinkage where the segments join together. Movement is signed. Ht 34"
