Ships - 1942", Arabic numeral metal dial and black steel, spade and poker hands, in a gimbaled bowl, contained in a mahogany box with name plate on front, serial #2F5655, c1942. CASE: Box good overall with minor fading, a few scratches and dings, left side of top with crazed and separated finish, due to shrinkage; Bowl and gimbal in old lacquer, good with minor marks and scratches; Plastic crystal with crazing and flaws. DIAL: Restored. HANDS: Good. MOVEMENT PLATES: Plates with minor marks and scratches; Grease on barrel; Loss to blacking in engraving; Specks of dirt / dust. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks), would benefit from service.
