the heavy stone case is in very nice condition except for tiny corner chips. The front multi-color marble inserts, and the bold two-color incised scrolls, add to the appeal. The porcelain dial is fine, as is the beveled glass. The movement winds, ticks and strikes, with the balance wheel visible threw out the curved dial aperture. Ht 10 1/2Ó
