(1) The case retains some original finish. The original painted dial shows loss. The hands are original. The spring alarm mechanism is missing. The door glasses are old. Ht 18 1/2Ò. (2) The case has minor veneer issues in several areas and the finish is in fairly nice condition, The painted dial has loss at the screw holes. The hands are replacements. The door glasses appear to be old but the tablet has been painted black on the back side. The blue Welch label is in nice condition. Ht 19Ó. (3) The movement is signed ÒJ. C. Brown, Forestville, CT, The dial is missing, The hands are original. The case has some minor veneer damage and the base has been re-veneered. The upper door glass is newer. The lower etched glass appears to be original. (4) The case has been redrilled for a different movement. The dial has paint loss and no bezel. The hands may be original. Ht 16Ó.
