Clocks- 2 (Two) European: (1) French gilt spelter, brass and white onyx figural, 8 days, time and strike, mantel clock, Japy Freres movement, Ph.Mourey case, dial signed ÓS. Glink, Budapest c1890; (2) Winterhalder & Hoffmeier, Germany, oak time only, 8 days, wall clock in English style, c1900 the highly ornate case, full of birds and animals with the seated hunter, has no losses but shows some finish wear, repairs and obvious gluing. The signed white enamel dial is good, and never had a hinged bezel or rear door, indicating this clock originally sat on a wood base under an oval glass dome. The round movement, with Japy stamp, is missing its pendulum and bell, and was not tested. Ht 18Ò
