Clocks- 2 (Two) Conneticut shelf clocks: (1) Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., ÓOrchid No. 5Ò brass and beveled glass, 8 days, time and strike, crystal regulator mantel clock, c1902 (1) the surface appears to be an old gold finish in very nice condition. The enamel dial, beveled glass panels, and simulated mercury pendulum are fine. The 48S movement ticks and strikes. Ht 9 3/4Ó (2) the wood has been nicely refinished, and the round dome is good. The twin-barrel pendulum may have a newer rating nut, and the paper dial looks old but may not be original. There is a Jersey City retailer label on the rear. The signed movement ticks and strikes.
