The case here appears to be the ÒX Assortment BÓ model in dark wood as appears on page 472 of TranDuy LyÕs Ansonia Clocks and Watches book. The original stenciled glass appears in many of the similar models in the 1914 catalogue. The paper dial has darkened with age. The hands and pendulum bob are original. The mother of pearl and gilt paint work were either done at the factory or later by someone with some degree of skill in doing such work. The result is a very unusual clock. Ht 22 1/2Ò.
