the original finish has darkened but is intact, and the throat and lower Mount Vernon reverse painted glasses are fine. The painted metal dial, with the well-known retailer name, also is near-perfect. Many case parts show the lot number 8. The top eagle finial is loose. The jeweled balance wheel movement ticks but was not tested long term. Ht 32Ò
