the brass is dulled but this novelty clock appears complete and will escape and advance when the lower platform rocks, although we have no ball to test. The coverÕs glasses are fine but one brass corner cover is missing. Ht of clock is 15 1/2Ò; enclosure with black base is 19Óx16Òx15Ó
