The clock case appears to have had a more recent application of gold color paint. The candelabra may have had the same but they have been rubbed out. Although they may be original to the clock, it is unusual to see the Louis XV style hands on this model. The porcelain dial has several hairline cracks. The movement is signed. Ht of clock: 21 3/4Ò.
