The dial flanked by two female caryatids, brass castings with good detail. The well made count wheel striking movement with strong Lenzkirch logo and serial Nr. 866,286 circa 1889. The oak case has been refinished to a dark English shade. All the bits of brass have been polished and lacquered. The door has a central dry split that will need attention, The movement itself has been professionally cleaned and appears to be in good running order.
