Chinese rosewood, 8 days, time and strike, double fusee bracket clock, case with mother-of-pearl inlay and lower stand, verge and crown wheel escapement, center seconds, possibly 19th century the case components and heavy brass movement look old but we cannot assert definitively that this is not a modern reproduction. The large white porcelain dial is good, the fusees have chains. There are no losses or damage, and the movement appears to function properly although not tested long term. Ht on stand 15 1/2Ó
